Co-op Sales & Development Coordinator

At Q Engineering, we’re looking for a proactive Sales & Development Coordinator (Co-op) to support our sales team. You’ll get hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, pipeline activation, CRM management, and reporting—while working in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold emailing and client outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation Documents: Build and maintain prospect databases; track engagement.
  • Client Outreach: Contact previous and potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Activation: Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and document sales progress.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Organize sales data using Microsoft tools and generate reports.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and sales strategies to identify new opportunities.
