Project Overview: Led the design and upgrade of critical infrastructure at the Wilson and Greenwood Yards, enhancing safety and operational efficiency for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). The project aimed to replace existing equipment and improve the accessibility and safety of maintenance staff in the yards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design of New Equipment: Spearheaded the replacement of the existing 3T bridge crane with two 10T bridge cranes at Greenwood Shop to increase operational efficiency.
Train Entry Platforms and Walkway Improvements: Designed and implemented train entry platforms and walkway improvements across both yards to enhance the safety and mobility of maintenance staff around parked revenue trains.

A18-23 Wilson Yard Train Entry Platform: Designed platform access and walkway improvements for all locations where revenue trains are parked.
